UX Research and Usability

  • User Personas:

    • Developed personas representing typical Cryptomoney users, such as novice crypto investors and experienced financial planners, to guide design decisions.

    • Conducted interviews and surveys to understand user needs, pain points, and goals related to crypto finance management.

  • User Journey Mapping:

    • Created user journey maps to outline the user flow from signing up to managing their cryptocurrency wallets. This helped identify potential friction points and areas for improvement.

    • Mapped the experience of users navigating the site, particularly how they move between sections such as Why Cryptomoney and How to Start.

  • Usability Testing:

    • Conducted usability tests with target users to identify navigation issues, especially with the financial management features.

    • Gathered feedback on UI components like cards and forms, refining them based on real-world user interaction.
